From the story I have been told by the survivor who sent me the image, this was taken on the run from an infestation. At this point they had already lost a member of their party, and panic had taken hold. Being stared at and chased by that monster you can kind of relate to the emotion.

I have to say that this is a particularly nasty image, the creature in this shot may of been a passably attractive man yet now is simply hideous. It kind of makes you wonder about his life before.
